We are hiring for Business Development Executive profile .
Experience- 2 to 3 years
Location - Kolkata ( In office )
Industry : IT /BPO
Key Responsibilities:
- Client relationship management
- New Client On-boarding & Client Acquisition
- Lead generation
- Client communication & Client visiting
- Analyze market trends, perform competitor analysis, and develop and implement sales strategies
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of process mapping, transition management, and quality assurance in outsourcing.
Willingness to travel if required.
Excellent in English Speaking.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of new client accounts acquired
Total contract value (TCV) of deals closed
Lead-to-deal conversion rate
Client satisfaction during transition/onboarding
Growth in strategic partnerships
