Customer Support Associate Recent Town, Kolkata | Full-Time | US Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)

About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Associates to handle interactions with US-based clients over phone, email, and chat. If you communicate well in English, enjoy helping people, and are available for the night shift, we want to hear from you. Freshers are welcome - we provide complete training before you go live.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions
- Maintain detailed records of every customer interaction in our CRM system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team while keeping customers informed
- Follow company guidelines and maintain quality standards on every interaction
- Consistently meet daily and monthly performance targets (KPIs)

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (all streams welcome; final-year students may apply)
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn new tools quickly




- Available for US night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST) - mandatory
- Patient, composed under pressure, and genuinely customer-focused
- Prior BPO or customer service experience is an advantage, not a requirement
