CIO Advisory Service is aimed at building capabilities that are directly related to the CIO and managing / transforming the IT function through IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Technology Infrastructure, ITSM and TBM.

Our IT Strategy practice helps clients optimize their IT service delivery capabilities. We are seeking skilled practitioners to join our team and experience the satisfaction of delivering complex IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, IT Transformation and IT Governance consulting services to our Fortune 500 clients.

- Graduate in Engineering (preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology)
- MBA (preferably from Tier -1 Institute in India or abroad)

Roles and responsibilities:

- Ability to drive engagements in the assessment of technology for organizations - IT Strategy, IT operating model, Enterprise Architecture, IT capabilities maturity assessment, IT processes re-engineering, Application rationalization, and IT organization as the sole point of contact from KGS (offshore) for the client facing KPMG team (onsite)
- Conduct assessments of client’s data operating model and governance processes using knowledge of frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK
- Define AI strategy for clients providing real examples of how to setup/get the best out AI programs
- Assess and optimize Data & AI platform architecture for client landscapes, identifying gaps and roadmap by collaborating with client CDOs/Head of AI & Innovation.
- Build AI PoCs in no/low code environment by identifying high value cases in client delivery or internal operations
- Providing IT function performance and cost reviews; benchmarking against best practices. Running IT organization development and transformation.



Aligning Business with IT strategy & planning by building effective IT Governance frameworks
- Focus on providing IT Transformation advisory, design and drive organizational change by formulating detailed use cases for how an organization can achieve its business goals by using IT
- Ability to assist in development of and demonstrate proficiency in all the deliverables including; secondary research, analysis, detailed baselining, report writing, and preparing executive level presentations.
- Be part of the initiatives at CIO Advisory level and innovate on our current thinking to develop new approaches to change how organizations transform themselves with respect to technology and adopt emerging technologies
- Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements through various methods, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys. Ability to analyze and convert business needs into functional specifications
- Ability to analyze data trends to support business decisions and experience in leveraging data visualization and reporting tools to communicate insights effectively
- Ability to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations that align with business requirements and constraints. Coordinate project activities across different teams and departments to ensure seamless execution and collaboration

Experience & Background :

- 5 -8 years of relevant experience in one or more key areas of focus mentioned above (Level dependent)
- Certifications such as SAFe, Ardoq, TOGAF, DAMA, Azure/Google AI Certifications, COBIT 2019, ITIL 4 are preferred
- Proficient in preparing C-suite level Decks, Reports and Excel frameworks
- Superb problem solving, analytical skills and logical thinking ability
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills capable of discussing complex ideas with various groups, ranging from a board room to business unit leads
- Positive team player with strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
- Motivation to learn new skills and be updated with latest technology trends in the market
