JD- Graphic Designer – Marketing & Communications

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing & Communications team.

This role will support BTI brand, storytelling, leadership communication, and employer branding. You will design high-impact visual assets that bring our technology, people, and culture to life, across internal and external communications such as leadership forums, hiring campaigns, and other social media and digital campaigns.

In this role, you will play a key part in building and expressing the BMW TechWorks India brand, designing high-impact visuals that bring our people, technology, and culture to life. Your work will support internal and external communications, from leadership forums and hiring campaigns to digital and social media creatives.

Whal you will do

Design and branding

- Create visually strong, on-brand assets across digital, print, and in-office media
- Design for internal platforms (emailers, posters, dashboards, presentations) and external channels (LinkedIn, social campaigns)




- Translate business/tech narratives into clean, engaging visuals
- Support branding for offices, workspaces, signage, and experience zones

PowerPoint & Leadership Content

- Own presentation design for:
- Townhalls
- Executive updates
- Stakeholder decks (incl. BMW Group, Munich)
- Leadership forums and internal events
- Bring clarity, consistency, and storytelling to high-stakes decks

Social Media & Campaigns

- Collaborate with the social media agency to:
- Plan and design campaign creatives
- Build and review social content calendars
- Ensure brand alignment in all published content
- Design creatives for hiring, events, and employer branding campaigns

Who you will work with

- Marketing & Communications team
- HR, Talent Acquisition, Facilities, and Operations
- Unit Heads and Functional Leaders

Qualifications and experience

- 5–7 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in tech/engineering or corporate teams)
- Degree in Fine Arts, Design, or equivalent
- Advanced skills in:
- Advanced PowerPoint Design expertise
- Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Motion Graphics – After Effects (or similar tools)
- Visual storytelling and Design thinking

- Experience working with global stakeholders or matrixed teams is a plus
Familiarity with
- Point and enterprise collaboration tools

- Ability to juggle multiple projects and work on tight timelines
- Receptive to feedback, proactive, and solution-driven
