We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage correspondence, client coordination, and documentation work. The ideal candidate should be capable of drafting qualified emails, handling client requirements, and working efficiently on MS Office and online portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle email correspondence and draft professional emails
- Communicate with clients to understand and manage their requirements
- Verify documents and ensure accuracy before submission
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- Work on MS Word and Excel for data management and reporting
- Upload and manage data on online portals
- Assist in preparation of applications and official submissions
- Follow up with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to draft emails independently
- Attention to detail in document verification
- Basic knowledge of online portals/data entry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
