Travyomi Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Travel Consultant (Sales) to manage customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed travel bookings. The role primarily focuses on sales of flight tickets, holiday packages, hotel bookings, and travel-related services while delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for travel bookings
- Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups and convincing communication
- Promote and sell domestic & international flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, visa services, and travel insurance
- Understand customer requirements and suggest the best travel options as per budget and preference
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
- Manage booking confirmations,
cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for smooth booking execution
- Maintain customer database, lead status, and sales reports
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of travel booking portals and ticketing systems

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, travel consultancy, or ticketing sales
- Prior experience in the travel industry will be preferred
