Role Description This is a full time on-site role for a Psychologist, based in Shivamogga. The Psychologist will focus on providing mental health support through counseling and therapy sessions, conducting psychological assessments, and designing individualized treatment plans.



The role involves continuous collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to address patients' mental and emotional well-being. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records and conducting regular follow-ups to track mental health progress. This position also entails contributing to patient education and promoting mental health awareness.

Qualifications Expertise in Psychology and Psychological Assessment

Proficiency in Counseling and Mental Health support

n

Basic understanding of Medicine to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment

n

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

n

Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology or a closely related field

n

Relevant licensure or certification as a practicing psychologist

n

Experience working with diverse patient populations is preferred

n

Ability to work empathetically and adapt to individual patient needs
