Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Success Manager to drive long-term client partnerships, ensuring campaign performance, retention, and growth across global accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, performance optimization, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and aligning them with platform capabilities
Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify growth and optimization opportunities
Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure seamless execution
Drive client retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion (upsell/cross-sell)
Track key account metrics and ensure strong account health

What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in Client Success / Account Management in AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Advertising
Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges)
Experience with attribution platforms like Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch




Proven ability to drive client growth and revenue expansion
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced workplace
Fluency in English
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Economics, or related fields)
