We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the creative team in developing visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms. The role is ideal for someone eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a rapid-paced advertising agency environment. We are specifically looking for candidates who are based in Gurugram or willing to relocate to Gurugram. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating designs for social media, digital ads, presentations, and marketing collateral Adapt creative assets across multiple formats and platforms Work closely with senior designers, copywriters,



and the creative team Implement feedback and revisions accurately and on time Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs Prepare files for print and digital delivery Manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines Required Skills & Qualifications Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign 1-3 Yrs of experience in Advertising agency. Strong understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color) Good visual sense and attention to detail Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback Good communication and teamwork skills Good to Have Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing Familiarity with social media design trends Experience in an advertising or creative agency (internships included).
