Role: Graphic Designer Experience: 3–7 Years Role Overview We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can lead design thinking and execution across multiple accounts, including government and political campaigns. This role needs strong conceptual ability, solid design skills, campaign understanding, and the ability to maintain high creative quality across outputs. The person should be able to think beyond single creatives and contribute to larger campaign communication. Key Responsibilities Lead visual direction for social media campaigns and digital communication Create strong and scalable design systems for brands and campaign needs Turn complex government and political messaging into clear, impactful visuals Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, announcements, public communication, and brand content Oversee content calendar creatives and maintain output quality across formats Work closely with strategy, copy, and video teams to build solid campaign communication Review and guide junior and mid-level designers on design quality, layout,
