JD Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Jira and Confluence Cloud Administrator to manage our Atlassian Cloud as well as Jira/Confluence data center, providing crucial support for our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective operation of Jira and contributing to the development of automation and scripting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Jira Cloud Administration: Manage and maintain Jira configurations (Workflow Schemes, Field Configuration Schemes, Permission Schemes, Notification Schemes, etc.)
- Confluence Cloud Administration
- Atlassian Organization Admin Skills: Exhibit strong organizational skills to effectively manage and administer Atlassian organization
- Automation Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain Jira automation rules, ensuring alignment with team requirements
- Scripting Expertise: Utilize Script runner or Python scripting to enhance Jira functionality and meet automation needs
- Effective Communication:



Engage positively with team members and stakeholders, providing support and addressing inquiries related to Jira administration
- Jira/Confluence REST API: Should be well versed in using Jira REST API

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience for at least 3 Years in Jira and Confluence Cloud administration with a focus on advanced configurations and management
- Strong understanding of Jira automations rules
- Proficiency in ScriptRunner or Python scripting to develop and maintain scripts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to respond positively to technical inquiries
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to proactively identify areas for improvement in Jira and Confluence operations
- A collaborative attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Able to Support in NA time zone is a plus.
