- **Communication Skills:** Fluency in **English, Hindi, and Marathi** is highly preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse client base in Pune.
- **Soft Skills:** Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. You should be adept at handling high-ticket HNIs and corporate clients.
- **Mobility:** Must possess a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for site visits and client meetings.
