- *Role Overview**

nWe are seeking a proactive Sales Executive who will be responsible for executing the companys sales strategy, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and contributing to revenue growth across domestic markets. This role focuses on hands-on enterprise selling, structured pipeline management, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to win and grow key accounts.n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and research prospective customers in automotive, heavy industry, and manufacturing sectors.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and events to generate interest in our IoT solutions.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand basic customer needs and pain points.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, lead qualification, discovery, solution pitch, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
- Identify, pursue, and close key enterprise deals with automotive,



heavy industry, and manufacturing clients.
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to align pitches, demos, and proposals with customer needs and product capabilities.
- Gather and relay market feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer requirements to sales leadership and internal teams.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed.
- *Key Requirements**
- 14 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or technology domains (internships and trainee roles can be considered).
- Interest in IoT, industrial technology, or hardware-plus-software products; prior exposure is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and comfort in talking to business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in customer-facing interactions.
- High willingness to learn complex industrial and IoT solutions on the job.
