1️⃣ Performance Ad Creatives

- Create high-converting Meta ad creatives (static + motion)
- Develop multiple variations across different hooks & angles
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to reduce creative fatigue
- Design with ROAS & CTR in mind — not just aesthetics

2️⃣ AI-First Creative Execution

You must actively use AI tools daily to:

- Generate lifestyle backgrounds & mockups
- Create fast ad variations
- Develop video concepts & motion assets
- Improve speed of iteration
- Test multiple visual angles quickly

AI is not optional in this role — it’s core.





3️⃣ Social Media & Brand Content

- Maintain premium visual identity across Instagram
- Ensure consistency in typography, color & brand tone
- Collaborate with marketing & product teams

You should know how to combine AI outputs with professional finishing — not rely on raw generation.

Core Skills Required

- Robust fundamentals in graphic design & typography
- Deep understanding of performance marketing creatives
- Ability to think in hooks & conversion angles
- Fast execution mindset
- Strong communication & team collaboration skills

Experience in D2C / lifestyle / consumer brands is preferred.
