- *What you’ll be doing**
- Source candidates for U.S.-based non-IT roles (Legal, Healthcare, Engineering, Finance, Operations, etc.)
- Screen candidates for skill fit, communication, and genuine interest
- Ensure high-quality submissions with solid JD match (no bulk sending)
- Manage pipelines, submissions, and follow-ups in real time




- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates engaged through the process

What we’re looking for

- 1–2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (U.S. market preferred)
- Strong sourcing skills across job portals and LinkedIn
- Clear communication and candidate evaluation ability
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, night-shift setup
- Consistent with updates, reporting, and ownership

- Fully on-site role (DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal)
- Shift aligned to U.S. EST
- *Compensation**
- ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- *Interview Process**
- 3 in-person rounds conducted on the same day at our office
