nWe're seeking an exceptional Lead Software Engineer who can energize and guide a team of brilliant engineers while driving rapid, high-quality product development using AI and cutting-edge technologies.n
- *Key Responsibilities**

nLead and mentor a team of 5-8 senior engineers across AI, Salesforce, and full-stack developmentn

Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions for EDMO's product portfolio

Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and technical delivery timelines

Collaborate closely with product management and design teams

- *Required Qualifications**

n8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in technical leadership rolesn

nStrong technical background in multiple domains (AI/ML, web development, cloud platforms)n

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
