nWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated **Polytechnic Diploma Freshers** to join our team. The selected candidates will support the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of energy systems.Key Responsibilitiesn
- Support the **operation and maintenance (O&M;)** of renewable energy equipment.
- Monitor system performance and report any faults or technical issues.
- Help senior engineers in **site inspections and troubleshooting**.
- Maintain basic documentation and reports related to project activities.
- Follow company safety standards and technical procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma in **Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering** from a recognized Polytechnic institute.
- **Freshers ONLY**.




- Basic knowledge of **solar energy systems** will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel if required.
