We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Polytechnic Diploma Freshers to join our team. The selected candidates will support the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of energy systems.Key Responsibilities

- Support the operation and maintenance (O&M;) of renewable energy equipment.
- Monitor system performance and report any faults or technical issues.
- Help senior engineers in site inspections and troubleshooting.
- Maintain basic documentation and reports related to project activities.
- Follow company safety standards and technical procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic institute.
- Freshers ONLY.




- Basic knowledge of solar energy systems will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel if required.

Required Skills

- Basic technical understanding of electrical systems.
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
