Role & responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for field sales executives and telecallers.
Source candidates from job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions for client organizations.
HR Policy Implementation
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies for partner organizations.
Support implementation of basic employee policies, attendance systems, and reporting structures.
Coordinate with management to ensure HR best practices are followed.
Payroll & Employee Records
Process monthly payroll inputs and coordinate payroll activities.
Maintain employee records including offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee files and HR documentation.
HR Operations & Compliance
Manage end-to-end employee documentation and onboarding processes.
Maintain HR trackers, attendance records, and employee databases.
Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives where required.
Preferred candidate profile
Open to male candidates only; candidates should be willing to travel for a few days each month.
