Junior Designer (PPT Designer )

Pepper is looking for a skilled Junior Designer (4 years experience) for an exciting onsite contractual opportunity in Hinjewadi, Pune with one of our leading enterprise clients.

If you’re a visual storyteller who can transform complex technical information into clean, up-to-date, and engaging design narratives — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-impact PowerPoint decks for leadership and global stakeholders, including master slides, custom templates, and interactive elements.
- Design B2B assets such as whitepapers, case studies, LinkedIn carousels, emailers, and digital banners.
- Develop engaging GIFs and short animations to enhance digital communication.
- Convert complex business and IT workflows into intuitive infographics and visual charts.
- Work closely with on-site teams to understand briefs,



iterate quickly, and deliver pixel-perfect outputs.
- Ensure strict alignment with brand guidelines across all creative deliverables.

Requirements

- 4 years of professional design experience (agency or corporate setup)
- Expertise in MS PowerPoint (slide masters, animations, interactive decks)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Working knowledge of motion tools like After Effects (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and grid systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-turnaround environment

This is a full-time contractual, in-office role based out of Hinjewadi, Pune.
