- *Role Overview**

nAs an Account Manager at Ecosystm, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic client relationships across the technology ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of client success and commercial growth—ensuring clients derive ongoing value from our research, advisory, and engagement offerings while identifying opportunities to expand our partnership.n

You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, as well as internal analysts and delivery teams, to align Ecosystm’s capabilities to client priorities, drive retention, and unlock new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, commercially minded, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- *Key Responsibilities**
- Own and manage key client relationships, driving high levels of satisfaction, retention, and account growth
- Lead the end-to-end commercial cycle within accounts,



from prospect identification and discovery through to negotiation and closure
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand wallet share and deepen client engagement
- Partner closely with clients to align Ecosystm’s solutions with their business priorities and strategic goals
- Collaborate with analysts and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and ongoing client success
- Proactively identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Ecosystm’s full suite of services
- Act as the voice of the client internally, providing feedback to inform service improvement, new offerings, and go-to-market strategies
- *What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in account management, client success, or relationship management within technology, research, or consulting environments
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
- Commercial mindset with a proven ability to identify and drive growth opportunities within accounts
- Collaborative and proactive approach, with a strong focus on delivering client value
- Self-driven and adaptable, able to take full ownership and navigate ambiguity in a fast-evolving, dynamic environment
