? Customer Experience (Primary Role)

- Handle all incoming cake orders via WhatsApp and calls
- Guide customers on cake designs, flavors, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure accurate order execution
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

? Store & Inventory Management
- Track daily inventory of raw materials and packaging
- Maintain basic stock records (Excel or system)
- Ensure store readiness for daily operations (Swiggy & Zomato)

Requirements:

- Robust communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Organised, reliable & attention to detail
- Comfortable with WhatsApp and basic Excel
- Prior experience in F&B; is a plus
