Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to drive our sales strategies and marketing efforts within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its unique demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve overall business objectives.

- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients in the hospitality sector.

- Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Oversee marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and promotional events.





- Collaborate with the product development team to align offerings with market demand and customer needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our product range and value proposition.

- Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor analysis for upper management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.

- Strong understanding of hospitality products and market dynamics.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.

- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and performance metrics.
