Position: Billing Internship/Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and process invoices and other billing-related documents accurately.
- Cross-check dispatch and order details before billing.
- Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and sales teams for timely billing and document flow.
- Maintain organized records of invoices and delivery challans.
- Assist with e-invoicing, credit/debit notes, and any billing corrections.




- Support internal and external audit processes by providing billing data and reports.
- Handle customer or internal queries related to billing with clarity and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 0–6 years of fresher or relevant experience in billing/invoicing processes and data entry in the any Industry
