Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Sub Zone Manager – Sales to handle sales activities and achieve targets across assigned sub-zones in multiple cities. This is an individual contributor role focused purely on sales performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional Outreach & Business Development

Identify and approach schools,



Montessori institutions, colleges, and other educational institutes within the assigned zone.

Present and demonstrate the company’s campus recruitment platform to decision-makers.

Develop a strong pipeline of potential institutional partners.

Secure institutional tie-ups through formal agreements (MoUs).

Achieve a minimum combined student capacity of 2,500+ students within the assigned zone.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of institutional tie-ups signed (MoUs)

Total onboarded student capacity (minimum 2,500+ per zone)

Active institutions on the platform

Conversion rate from lead to signed agreement

Institutional engagement and retention rate

Eligibility Criteria

1–2 years of experience in sales, field sales, or business development

Solid communication and persuasion skills

Languages required: Hindi & English (mandatory) + regional language
