The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications while mentoring development teams and ensuring best practices in architecture and coding standards.Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and React.- Design and implement microservices-based architecture.- Apply design patterns and best coding practices to build maintainable systems.- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.- Work closely with frontend teams to build responsive UI using React.- Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud services.- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.- Collaborate with product managers, architects,



and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.Required Skills- 8+ years of experience in Java development.- Strong experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot.- Hands-on experience in Microservices architecture.- Good understanding of Design Patterns and System Design.- Frontend development experience with React.js.- Experience working with AWS cloud services.- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and integration patterns.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications- Experience leading development teams or technical initiatives.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Cloud certifications (AWS) are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
