- *Role: Service Catalog Manager**
- *Experience:8-12 years**
- *Location: Pune**

nThe Service Catalog Manager is responsible for defining, developing, maintaining, and governing the IT Service Catalog. The role ensures that all IT services offered to the business are accurately documented, user-friendly, and aligned with ITSM best practices.n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- *A. Governance & Process Ownership**
- Design, maintain, improve, and govern the service catalog process, structure, and layout (A/R).
- Ensure catalog simplicity, usability, and alignment with best practices.

Service Catalog Data

Management**

n
- Gather, validate, and maintain accurate catalog data for IT infrastructure and enduser services (A/R).
- Ensure two views (Business and Technical) are accurate and updated.

Request

nForms & Fulfillment Workflow**n
- Validate and ensure implementation of service request forms into the ITSM tool (A/R).
- Ensure all requestable items have appropriate request forms to meet service levels (A/R).
- *D. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement**
- Monitor service catalog usage, business fit,



and user experience (A/R).
- Identify areas for workflow simplification or automation opportunities.

Catalog

nCommunication & Stakeholder Enablement**n
- Communicate new and enhanced services, catalog updates, and usage guidelines (A/R).
- Promote catalog usage across IT teams and end users.
- *Required Skills & Competencies**
- *Technical Skills**
- Solid understanding of ITIL v4, especially Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, and Service Portfolio Management.
- Proficiency in ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Ivanti, Freshservice).
- Knowledge of request workflows, automation, service modelling, and CMDB integration.
- Understanding of service design, SLAs/OLAs, and service lifecycle.
- *Soft Skills**
- Strong communication and documentation ability.
- User-centric approach with focus on usability and simplicity.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Ability to break down complex services into simpler, user-friendly catalog entries.
