Job Title: Unica Developer (Contract)

About the Role

n

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Unica Developer to join our marketing technology team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational to intermediate experience in HCL Unica who is eager to grow their skills in campaign management, marketing automation, and customer data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Design, develop, and execute marketing campaigns using Unica Campaign
- Build and manage campaign flows, segments, and customer selections
- Collaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical campaign logic
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain and optimize existing campaign workflows
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with governance standards
- Support integration with other systems such as CRM, data warehouses, and APIs
- Document processes,



workflows, and technical specifications
- Interact with onshore client team to understand existing processes and problem statements & working towards resolution.

Required Skills & Qualificationsn

- 2–5 years of experience working with HCL Unica
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.G., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
- Basic understanding of marketing automation and campaign lifecycle
- Familiarity with data modelling and segmentation techniques
- Experience working with large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualificationsn

- Experience with Unica Interact, Journey, Optimize, or Plan
- Exposure to ETL tools (e.G., Informatica, DataStage)
- Basic scripting knowledge & ability to create process documents
- Understanding of customer journey orchestration
