The Human Resources

nExecutive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, maintain HR policies,

Responsibilities also include handling day-to-day HR functions, addressing employee concerns, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, managing performance appraisals, and supporting the development of a positive work environment.

- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies implementation
- Experience and knowledge in core Human Resources (HR) functions
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to effectively collaborate in a team and maintain a positive work setting
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
