nWe are hiring a **Housekeeping Field Officer** to manage housekeeping staff and operations across multiple sites. The candidate should have good knowledge of the local area and the ability to arrange or hire unskilled workers as required.n

This is a **field-based role**.

- - Key Responsibilities
- *• Manpower Management**

nEnsure adequate housekeeping staff at all locations. Coordinate with HR for hiring when required.n
- *• Onboarding**

nGuide new employees about company policies and job responsibilities. Collect and verify joining documents.n
- *• Machine Maintenance**

nEnsure all cleaning machines are in working condition and arrange repairs when needed.n
- *• Staff Performance Monitoring**

nSupervise work quality and provide training wherever required.n
- *• Daily Reporting**

nCollect daily updates from supervisors regarding attendance and work status.n
- *• Quality Checks**

nConduct regular site visits to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.n
- *• Safety Compliance**

nEnsure safety guidelines are followed and maintain a safe working environment.n

- Experience in housekeeping or similar field work
- Strong manpower handling and coordination skills
- Good communication ability
- Basic knowledge of cleaning machines and processes

nहम विभिन्न साइट्स पर हाउसकीपिंग स्टाफ और कार्यों को संभालने के लिए **हाउसकीपिंग फील्ड ऑफिसर** की भर्ती कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार को स्थानीय क्षेत्र की अच्छी जानकारी होनी चाहिए तथा आवश्यकता अनुसार अकुशल कर्मचारियों की व्यवस्था/भर्ती करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।n

nसभी लोकेशन पर पर्याप्त स्टाफ उपलब्ध सुनिश्चित करना और जरूरत पड़ने पर HR के साथ समन्वय करना।n

nनए कर्मचारियों को कंपनी के नियम व कार्य समझाना तथा जॉइनिंग डॉक्यूमेंट्स एकत्र करना।n
- *• मशीन जांच**

nसफाई मशीनों की स्थिति जांचना और खराब होने पर मरम्मत की व्यवस्था करना।n
- *• स्टाफ प्रदर्शन**

nकाम की गुणवत्ता की निगरानी करना और आवश्यकतानुसार प्रशिक्षण देना।n
- *• दैनिक रिपोर्ट**

nसुपरवाइजर से उपस्थिति और कार्य की रिपोर्ट लेना।n
- *• गुणवत्ता जांच**

nसाइट विज़िट करके सफाई के मानकों की जांच करना।n
- *• सुरक्षा**

nसुरक्षा नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।n

- मैनपावर संभालने की क्षमता
