nAttar, is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (Medical Representative) to drive corporate health screening tie-ups and programs in the Pimpri-Chinchwad region. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of continuous experience in healthcare business development with no career breaks.n
- *Key Responsibilities**

Corporate

nTie-up Developmentn
- Identify and target corporate clients in Pimpri-Chinchwad industrial areas for health screening programs.
- Develop customized health screening packages for different corporate segments
- Conduct corporate presentations and meetings to showcase clinic services
- Negotiate and finalize corporate tie-up agreements

Relationship

Management

n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, wellness officers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Coordinate with corporate clients for regular health check-up camps.
- Provide excellent post-service follow-up and support.

- Organize and manage in office health screening camps at corporate premises
- Coordinate with clinic medical team for smooth program execution
- Ensure timely delivery of health reports and follow-up consultations
- Sales & Revenue Generation




- Achieve monthly/quarterly corporate tie-up targets
- Maintain accurate records of corporate clients and business pipeline
- Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates
- *Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of continuous experience as Medical Representative/Business Development Executive in healthcare sector.
- No career breaks in the last 2 years.
- Proven track record in corporate tie-ups for health screening/diagnostic services.
- Experience working in Pimpri-Chinchwad or nearby industrial areas preferred.
- Graduate degree in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy background preferred).
- Valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle required.
- *Required Skills**
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Good knowledge of corporate health screening requirements
- Familiarity with Pimpri-Chinchwad industrial landscape
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and health screening packages
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with robust networking capabilities
