n
Experience Level: 1+ year
n
Employment Type: Full time with probation About Supaboard
n
Supaboard is an AI-powered business intelligence platform that helps teams turn scattered data into clear, actionable insights — without needing deep technical skills. The platform connects to 700+ data sources, lets users ask questions in plain English, and delivers instant dashboards, reports, and AI-driven analysis so businesses can make faster, smarter decisions.
n
We're replacing clunky BI tools and never-ending analyst queues with something radically simpler: ask a question, get an answer, act on it.
n
Supaboard is used by startups, e-commerce companies, SaaS teams, and enterprises across India and globally. Culture & Ownership
n
Supaboard runs as a high-ownership, low-ego environment. We don't believe in ticket-closers — everyone here is a product owner. As a Business Analyst, you won't just relay requirements between teams. You'll sit at the intersection of clients, product, and data — understanding real business problems, shaping solutions on the platform, and making sure clients actually get value from their data.
n
We move fast, communicate directly, and reward curiosity and initiative over hierarchy. Role Overview
n
As a Business Analyst at Supaboard, you will be the bridge between our clients and the platform. You'll work directly with clients to understand their data, business context, and analytics needs — then translate those into dashboards, reports, and insights using Supaboard's AI-powered tools.
n
This is not a back-office role. You'll be on calls with clients, configuring dashboards, tracking adoption,
and making sure every account you manage is getting measurable value from the platform.
n
If you enjoy understanding businesses, love working with data, and want to be the person clients trust to solve their analytics problems — this role is for you. Responsibilities
n
Client Discovery & Requirements: Get on calls with clients to deeply understand their business model, data sources, KPIs, and analytics goals. Ask the right questions — don't just take a brief.
n
Dashboard & Report Building: Use Supaboard's platform to connect data sources, build interactive dashboards, set up KPI trackers, and configure AI-powered reports tailored to each client's needs.
n
Onboarding & Implementation: Own the end-to-end onboarding of new clients — from data source connection to first dashboard delivery. Make the first experience exceptional.
n
Adoption & Engagement Tracking: Monitor how clients are using the platform. Identify drop-offs, underused features, and opportunities to deepen adoption. Proactively reach out — don't wait for tickets.
n
Relationship Management: Be the single point of contact for your assigned accounts. Build trust through consistent follow-ups, quarterly reviews, and a genuine understanding of their evolving needs.
n
Insight & Analysis Support: Help clients interpret their data by walking them through trends, anomalies, and actionable takeaways.
You should be comfortable looking at a chart and explaining what it means for the business.
n
Feedback Loop to Product: Channel client feedback, feature requests, and pain points to the product and engineering team. You're our eyes and ears on the ground.
n
Documentation: Maintain clear records of client requirements, configurations, meeting notes, and account health metrics.
n

n
Skills
n
Strong communication skills — you'll be on client calls daily, so you need to articulate ideas clearly and listen well.
n
Comfort with data and basic analytics — you don't need to write SQL, but you should understand metrics like revenue, churn, conversion rates, and how businesses use data to make decisions.
n
Ability to learn tools quickly — you'll be building dashboards on Supaboard, and we'll train you, but a natural curiosity for BI/analytics tools is essential.
n
Structured thinking — when a client says "I need a report," you should be able to break that down into specific questions, data requirements, and deliverables.
n
Ownership mindset — if something's broken or a client is unhappy, you fix it. You don't wait for someone to assign it.
n
Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Hindi or regional languages are a plus for working with Indian clients.
