We’re a growing B2B + retail bakery (Brown Butter Co) looking for an experienced bakery professional to join our kitchen team in Indiranagar, Bangalore.

What you’ll do

n\* Lead daily production & ingredient prepn

\* Work with commercial mixers, ovens, and baking equipment

n

\* Ensure recipes are followed accurately and consistently

n

\* Maintain production quality, speed, and hygiene standards

n

We’re looking for someone who:

n

\* Has less than 2 years of bakery/kitchen experience (dough experience preferred)

n

\* Is comfortable with high-volume, repetitive production

n

\* Can follow and enforce processes with precision

n

\* Works efficiently in time-bound production schedules

n

\* Maintains strong hygiene & clean workstation habits

n

\* Is punctual and reliable (early morning shift is critical)

Details

n\* 5 working days/weekn

\* Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM (early start, early finish)

n

\* Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

n
