Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst- Article & Vendor!

n

In this role, Analyst supports merchandising operations by managing vendor onboarding, article setup, and ensuring product readiness. The person will work with vendors and internal teams to make sure products are launched smoothly and on time.

n

Responsibilities

n

• End-to-end management of vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance verification

n

• Manage article setup in retail systems (SAP), ensuring accurate product master data (pricing, pack sizes, UoM, tax, attributes, hierarchies, etc.)

n

• Handle vendor queries,



escalations, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution

n

• Maintain and update vendor/retail databases and provide regular status reports

n

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive operational efficiency

n

• Ensure new articles are correctly configured for sales channels (stores, online, distribution centers)

n

• Provide insights from vendor and product data to support merchandising, stock planning, and decision-making

n

• Participate in process improvements, system updates, and retail operations projects

n

• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards in vendor and retail processes

n

• Support inventory alignment, stock planning, and smooth product launches

n

Minimum Qualifications

n

• Graduate

n

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

n

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

n

• Detail-oriented and process-disciplined

n

• Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI and data handling

n

• Familiarity with retail systems (SAP - preferred, JDA, Oracle)

n

• Positive understanding of retail business processes

n

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support cross-functional initiatives
