Job Description – Video Editor & Motion Designer

Yashus Digital Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating compelling motion graphics and videos, and be proficient in the latest digital technologies and editing software. This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Pune.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Motion Design & Video Editing:

○ Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video edits that align with client briefs and brand guidelines.

○ Develop 2D characters, iconography, and other visual elements.

○ Edit video footage and audio, ensuring high-quality output and seamless integration.

- Technical Expertise:

○ Demonstrate expertise in digital editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.

○ Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and tools.

- Creative Development:

○ Produce a versatile range of creative styles, adapting to various project requirements.

○ Work on timing, motivation, and continuity to enhance the storytelling aspect of videos.

- Project Management:

○ Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

○ Handle feedback professionally, iterate quickly, and deliver polished final products.

- Brand Compliance:

○ Follow brand guidelines meticulously to ensure consistency and compliance.

○ Collaborate with the design team to maintain the visual identity of the brand.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience as a Motion Designer and Video Editor.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in motion graphics and video editing.





- Proficiency in digital technology and editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects).

- Excellent knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity in video production.

- Ability to create 2D characters, iconography, and various visual elements.

- Versatile creative style, adaptable to different project needs.

- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.

- Ability to handle feedback constructively and make necessary revisions quickly.

- Experience in following and maintaining brand guidelines.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field.

- Experience in a digital marketing environment.

- Knowledge of 3D animation tools and techniques.
