Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account.



Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.Drive the governance and support of the Sales and AD Performance data globally by collaborating closely with product owners and technologies organization to expand the overall operating governance model. This includes incorporating existing, and the creation of, rules, processes, and procedures to strengthen the quality of input/output, managing metadata, enforcing compliance (GDPR), maintaining data quality, and facilitating collaboration between IT and business units to ensure trusted, secure data usage. Set and maintain cadence of deliverables from intake through support, ensuring when issues arise, they are communicated, documented and then controls are put into place to mitigate against future risk and ensure the platform is continually functioning at the optimum level.
