About the Job One of our clients is on the lookout for an enthusiastic person to join us as a Visual and Interaction Designer . We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer who can craft world-class, visually immersive websites for AI-first products. You’ll own the full design journey from concept to pixel-perfect, production-ready pages. This isn’t a template job. We want someone who treats every scroll, transition, and micro-interaction as an opportunity to tell a story. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or a related field . A strong portfolio can override formal education — we care more about what you’ve shipped than where you studied. Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Results-driven with a demonstrated ability of creativity and business understanding. Job Location Pune (In premise)



Responsibilities What you will do? Design and ship high-conversion marketing websites and product landing pages that feel alive — bold typography, cinematic layouts, purposeful motion, and light/dark-mode-forward aesthetics that the AI/SaaS space demands. Conceptualize visual narratives from scratch, translating complex AI and deep-tech concepts into explicit, elegant interfaces that make people stop scrolling. Create rich interaction and animation layers using GSAP, Lottie, Rive . Design and maintain component-based design systems in Figma that scale across pages and campaigns. Collaborate closely with brand strategists, copywriters, and engineers to ensure every page ships with intent. Stay dangerously current — know what Midjourney, Runway, and Sora can do for web visuals before anyone asks.
