JOB DESCRIPTION
This a full time in office role. The ADMISSION COUNSELLOR will be responsible for guiding the Clients through the admission process, providing information on courses and career paths, and providing excellent customer service. Must be able to convert walk inns into admissions.

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, guiding them on course curriculum, handling enquiries, fixing appointments with counselors and, maintaining records of communication.

QUALIFICATION
Gender: Female Only




Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate

Language required : Malayalam
Experience: Freshers or minimum 1 year experience in education field/ sales/ insurance/ Credit card sales/ banking/ FMCG, etc .
Must have the ability to work in a team.
Trainings will be provided.

AGE LIMIT: Below 35

OFFICE HOURS:
Monday- Saturday
09.00am-05.30pm

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
Day shift

Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
