Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using cutting-edge large language models (LLMs). You will work on building intelligent applications such as chatbots, copilots, and automation systems that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, etc.)
Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
Fine-tune and evaluate models for performance, accuracy, and scalability
Develop APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI/Flask)
Work with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS
Implement prompt engineering and context management strategies
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions
Ensure responsible AI practices, including safety, bias mitigation, and monitoring





Required Skills
5+ years in software development with solid Python expertise
Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
Strong understanding of NLP, embeddings, and semantic search
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture
Experience with CI/CD and deployment pipelines

Valuable to Have
Experience fine-tuning open-source models (Llama, Mistral)
Knowledge of transformers and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
Exposure to frontend frameworks (React/Next.js)
Experience with real-time AI applications or agents
