Confidential company is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to design, optimize, and scale systems that power the global employee lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of People, Data, and Operations, ensuring a seamless, data-driven employee experience.




You will own and integrate our core People tech stack (HiBob, Greenhouse, SharePoint, Power BI), transforming them into a unified, effective system that drives automation, accuracy, and insight across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Systems Ownership
Manage and optimize HiBob, Greenhouse, and related tools
Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance
Drive adoption and continuous improvement
Workflow & Automation
Design scalable workflows across hiring, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding
Automate processes using Power Automate and native tools to reduce manual work
Systems Integration
Own integrations across HR, Finance, and IT systems (e.g., payroll, NetSuite)
Manage APIs and data flows to maintain a single source of truth
Data & Reporting
Build Power BI dashboards for workforce insights
Track key metrics (hiring, headcount, attrition, performance)
Deliver actionable insights to leadership
