About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Visual Designer who has a strong eye for design and a curiosity to explore different creative formats. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across graphic design, video editing, motion design , and has a basic understanding of landing page design .

Whether you’re a fresher with strong fundamentals or someone with up to 3 years of experience, we care most about your design skills, design thinking, creativity, and willingness to learn.

Overall Responsibilities

- Create visually compelling designs for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
- Work on video editing and motion graphics for ads, reels, and brand content
- Assist in designing landing pages and web assets with a focus on user experience
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring ideas to life
- Translate briefs into creative concepts and high-quality executions




- Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual language
- Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, speed up workflows, and improve output quality
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, AI advancements, and emerging creative techniques

Skills and Tools

- Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy)
- Basic knowledge of design thinking and problem-solving approach
- Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma (or similar)
- Basic understanding of video editing and motion graphics
- Familiarity with web/landing page design fundamentals is a plus
- AI-first mindset — ability to effectively use AI tools in daily workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and creativity
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- A strong creative mindset with attention to detail
- Someone who thinks beyond execution and understands the “why” behind design
- A self-driven individual who takes ownership and initiative
- An AI-first thinker who naturally integrates AI into their workflow
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow fast

Day to Day Activities
