About the Role

n

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC projects, including VRV, AHU, Ventilation , and Chillers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling multiple large-scale projects proactively, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to handover, and maintaining high standards in customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Project Scheduling: Develop and monitor project schedules, including trade manpower allocation and timely delivery of milestones.
- Cost Control: Establish and manage cost control measures to track equipment, materials, labor, subcontracts, and miscellaneous expenses.
- Planning & Coordination:

✓ Lead trade planners in developing shop drawings.n

✓ Coordinate efforts with other trades to ensure seamless project execution.

n

- Standards Development: Define and implement piping trade construction standards for projects.




- contractor Management: Procure and oversee project contractors , subcontractors and equipment vendors, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure contract compliance, safety, and workmanship quality.
- Customer Relations:

✓ Handle project documentation.n

✓ Engage with customers for updates, feedback, and satisfaction assurance.

n

✓ Address any warranty-related tasks effectively.

n

- Scope Management: Estimate and manage changes in the scope of work to align with client expectations and project goals.2. Process Oversight: Maintain expertise across the entire lifecycle of a project, including pre-construction, execution, handover, and AMC/As-Built processes.

Qualifications & Requirements.

n

- Experience: 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC projects, handling systems like VRV, AHU, Chillers, and more.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in H&L;, LS works, and managing multiple projects proactively.
- Skills:

✓ Strong communication skills (oral and written).n

✓ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

n

✓ Ability to manage large-scale projects with minimal supervision.

n

- Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of project lifecycle phases—Pre-construction, Execution, Handover, and Post-construction (AMC/As-Built).
