QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
n
Essential
n
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10 – 15 years of progressive experience in project controls and/or commercial management on large-
n
scale power infrastructure projects that are multi-disciplinary ie. Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation and Mechanical.
n
- Demonstrated experience working on cross-border African projects — particularly in East and
n
Southern Africa.
n
- Hands-on experience with Info-Suite ERP or comparable construction ERP platforms (Sage 300 CRE, Viewpoint, Oracle Projects, JD Edwards).
- Solid command of earned value management, cost-to-complete forecasting, and progress measurement techniques.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience interfacing with tax advisors and finance teams on in-country tax compliance and fund repatriation.
