Junior Designer (PPT Designer )

Pepper is looking for a skilled Junior Designer (4 years experience) for an exciting onsite contractual opportunity in Hinjewadi, Pune with one of our leading enterprise clients.

If you’re a visual storyteller who can transform complex technical information into clean, modern, and engaging design narratives — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

n

Create high-impact PowerPoint decks for leadership and global stakeholders, including master slides, custom templates, and interactive elements.

n

Design B2B assets such as whitepapers, case studies, LinkedIn carousels, emailers, and digital banners.

n

Develop engaging GIFs and short animations to enhance digital communication.

n

Convert complex business and IT workflows into intuitive infographics and visual charts.

n

Work closely with on-site teams to understand briefs,



iterate quickly, and deliver pixel-perfect outputs.

n

Ensure strict alignment with brand guidelines across all creative deliverables.

n

Requirements

n

~4 years of professional design experience (agency or corporate setup)

n

~ Expertise in MS PowerPoint (slide masters, animations, interactive decks)

n

~ Solid proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

n

~ Working knowledge of motion tools like After Effects (or equivalent)

n

~ Strong understanding of typography, layout, and grid systems

n

~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-turnaround environment

n

This is a full-time contractual, in-office role based out of Hinjewadi, Pune.
