Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Interior Site Project Manager for a hybrid role based in Pune City, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Interior Site Project Manager will oversee project timelines, manage on-site activities, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure smooth execution of interior construction projects. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and addressing any challenges or delays in a proactive manner.



Regular communication with clients and stakeholders is an integral part of this role to meet project requirements and expectations.

Qualifications

- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles, with an ability to manage workflows and ensure projects meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for successful project execution.
- Proficiency in Inspection processes to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate the timely procurement and delivery of materials and resources.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with interior design and construction standards is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field is an advantage.
