House of Anita Dongre is hiring for a UI/UX Designer for the brand GD and AND.

Role Overview - We are looking for a visually strong Graphic Designer with UI/UX capabilities who can seamlessly blend brand storytelling with high-performing digital experiences, while enhancing website usability and conversion.

Key Responsibilities (E-commerce Focused) - 1. Website & E-commerce Creatives • Design website banners, homepage creatives, landing pages, and collection pages • Create visually compelling assets for PLP/PDP enhancements • Develop digital creatives across website and paid channels with a focus on performance and conversion • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital touchpoints 2. UI/UX Design • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for website and mobile • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for key journeys (homepage, PLP, PDP, checkout) • Continuously optimize user experience to improve engagement and conversion rates 3. Conversion & Optimization • Design with a robust focus on CTR, CVR, and overall user engagement • Work on A/B testing of creatives, banners,



and UI elements • Use performance insights and user behaviour to iterate and improve designs Key Skills & Requirements - • Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design + UI/UX work • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma • Understanding of e-commerce UX best practices • Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach • Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and performance • Experience in fashion / lifestyle brands is a strong plus Good to Have - • Experience with motion graphics / video editing • Exposure to analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT for workflows) What We're Looking For - • Strong aesthetic sense (fashion-forward, detail-oriented) • Ability to think both creatively and commercially • Someone who can translate brand storytelling into high-converting digital experiences • Proactive, fast-paced, and comfortable with iterative workflows Interested candidates can send in their CV & portfolio on [email protected].
