Executive will ensure timely responses to online and offline customer queries, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer service experience.Qualifications- Expertise in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service- Proficiency in managing Online Support and resolving customer inquiries through virtual channels- Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting product-related issues- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize customer needs effectively- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer support, business administration, or related field is preferred
