This role works across Anaplan, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BlackLine, and automation tools such as Alteryx to ensure that Finance stakeholders have trusted data for planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of FP&A; processes and financial systems,
with demonstrated strength in auditing data, reconciling variances, and resolving reporting issues across integrated platforms.What You Will AccomplishSupport day‑to‑day operations of FP&A;‑critical systems including Anaplan, SAP S/4HANA, and SAC, ensuring secure planning and reporting cyclesPartner closely with FP&A; teams during budgeting, forecasting, and outlook cycles, supporting data readiness, validation, and issue resolutionPerform end‑to‑end audits and reconciliations between planning, ERP, and reporting systems to ensure forecast and actuals alignmentInvestigate and explain plan vs. actual, forecast vs. forecast, and reporting variances, identifying root causes related to data, mappings, or system behaviorValidate planning master data, hierarchies, drivers, and assumptions to ensure consistency across models and reportsSupport management and executive reporting by ensuring data accuracy, timing, and transparencyLeverage automation and analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx) to streamline reconciliations, variance analysis, and validation checks, reducing manual effortSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) for planning model changes, system upgrades, and new integrations impacting FP&A; processesMaintain validation reports, reconciliation frameworks, and documentation to support auditability and repeatable planning cyclesCollaborate with Accounting, IT, and data teams to resolve integration,
timing, and data quality issues affecting forecasts and reportsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on forecast accuracy, planning efficiency, and data trustWhat You Will Bring 3+ years of experience supporting FP&A;, finance systems, or financial planning and reporting processesHands‑on experience with planning and reporting platforms such as Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, or similar toolsStrong experience in auditing, reconciling, and validating planning and actuals data across multiple systemsProven ability to analyze and resolve forecasting and reporting discrepancies with clear, finance‑oriented explanationsSolid understanding of FP&A; processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reportingExperience supporting planning-to-ERP integrations and understanding how upstream data impacts forecastsProficiency with automation or data preparation tools (e.g., Alteryx, advanced Excel) to support FP&A; analysis and controlsAbility to manage competing priorities during critical planning and close timelinesStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate system behavior into FP&A;‑relevant insightsExposure to global FP&A; operations or COE models preferredBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or related fieldAdditional DetailseBay is an equal opportunity employer.
