Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms

Ensure timely procurement with quality and compliance adherence

Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and regulatory changes (focus on CRC scrap)

Evaluate supplier performance regularly
n
We are looking for a sourcing professional with robust vendor management and negotiation skills who can ensure cost-effective, reliable procurement of industrial scrap while managing supplier networks and market dynamics.

Supplier Development & Management

Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations
n
Procurement & Negotiation
n
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules
n
Manage purchase cycles efficiently

Market Intelligence & Compliance

Monitor regulatory changes impacting scrap procurement

Collaborate with production, finance, and quality teams

Reporting & Analysis

Maintain sourcing records and procurement data

Skills & Experience Were Looking For
n
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
n
Experience in sourcing industrial scrap (CRC preferred)
n
Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
n
Bachelors degree (Engineering/Commerce preferred)
n
Experience in metal manufacturing or recycling industry
n
Prior experience in cost optimization projects
