This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Account Manager.

The Account

Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, managing sales pipelines,



coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, and resolving any client-related issues. The role also involves analyzing client feedback to continuously improve services and drive customer loyalty. Qualifications

Client Relationship Management, Customer Service Excellence, and Account Management skills

n

Sales Planning, Business Development, and Negotiation abilities

n

Strong Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving skills

n

Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is advantageous

Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
